Bio
I am an Engineering Lead and Staff Engineer at Flyntlok, leading the CRM team for a dealer-management platform. I've spent over ten years building modern, scalable, cloud-native e-commerce and fintech systems at Wayfair, ButcherBox and startups of all sizes.
Right now I focus on AI-native product and development: LangSmith-powered CRM campaigns, MCP servers and custom agent skills. I manage and mentor engineers, own roadmaps and KPIs, and work directly with customers.

Leads the CRM team on Flyntlok's dealer-management platform (2,000 active users, 220 dealership tenants), owning the roadmap, KPIs and executive reporting. Shipped integrated Google and Microsoft mailboxes, a multichannel SMS and email inbox, and AI-assisted Smart CRM Campaigns.

Tech lead for Rewards and Virtual Currencies on the Wayfair Credit Card team. Built a unified ledger managing $20M+ in virtual currency and integrated it with in-store point of sale, cutting transaction time by 20%.
