## About

I am an Engineering Lead and Staff Engineer at Flyntlok, leading the CRM team for a dealer-management platform. I've spent over ten years building modern, scalable, cloud-native e-commerce and fintech systems at Wayfair, ButcherBox and startups of all sizes.

Right now I focus on AI-native product and development: LangSmith-powered CRM campaigns, MCP servers and custom agent skills. I manage and mentor engineers, own roadmaps and KPIs, and work directly with customers.

- Engineering Lead, CRM ([Flyntlok](https://www.flyntlok.com), Jul 2026 – Present): Leads the CRM team on Flyntlok's dealer-management platform (2,000 active users, 220 dealership tenants), owning the roadmap, KPIs and executive reporting. Shipped integrated Google and Microsoft mailboxes, a multichannel SMS and email inbox, and AI-assisted Smart CRM Campaigns.
- Staff Software Engineer ([Flyntlok](https://www.flyntlok.com), Mar 2026 – Present): Led Flyntlok Marketplace, a Shopify-native B2B app for dealership rentals, inventory and orders. Designed a Saga-pattern orchestrator bus, led the "arsenal" monorepo, and established AI-native development practices: agent skills, prompt engineering and MCP servers.

- Senior Software Engineer ([ButcherBox](https://www.butcherbox.com), Sep 2022 – Nov 2025): Senior engineer on a $400M/year subscription e-commerce business. Migrated the subscriptions from Stripe to Shopify, built a Store Credit ledger handling $3M+/year, and moved billing from monthly to weekly for 2.1M customers with zero disruption.
- Senior Software Engineer ([Wayfair](https://www.wayfair.com), Aug 2021 – Sep 2022): Tech lead for Rewards and Virtual Currencies on the Wayfair Credit Card team. Built a unified ledger managing $20M+ in virtual currency and integrated it with in-store point of sale, cutting transaction time by 20%.
